We all have different times, seasons, and roles in our lives. Speaking from my own experience it isn't easy to be an entrepreneur, fashion designer, wife, and mother at the same time. Being a mom is one of the most precious roles that I am lucky to have but that also has made me rethink my wardrobe.

Finding the perfect balance between the professional and mom's wardrobe can be challenging. This is something that I consider when I design Marimo garments because a lot of my clients have a similar lifestyle.

I want garments to be eyecatching but at the same time comfortable to wear and versatile. I love to create garments that are very easy to style and suitable for multiple occasions.

For example, my favorite Leibnitzia dress that comes in different styles is perfect for any occasion. Either wear it with cute summer sandals for work or throw on sneakers and voila you are ready for running around with your kids. It's easily transitioned into a perfect outfit for events - just put on a pair of heels and you're ready to go and shine! It's made of pure silk which is my absolute favorite fabric as it’s luxurious and super smooth against the skin. This Olive tree pattern reminds me of a holiday in Italy, which gives me an instant mood boost and the flowy playfulness of the skirt makes me feel feminine and confident in every situation.

My other summer favorite is the versatile Obregonia silk dress. The simple A-line cut makes it comfortable to wear, especially during hot summer days, when you don't want to wear overly tight garments. The classic striped pattern makes this dress easy to style and the crystal button at the back is a small but elegant detail! Tie the matching belt around your waist to accentuate your flattering figure and wear it with your favorite sandals to make your whole look chic. You're ready to go brunching or out on town! Wear it loosely falling without the belt and put on a pair of sneakers for a more sporty look. The options for styling really are limitless and that for me simplifies everyday life!

These two dresses are my ultimate go-to's when it comes to finding the perfect outfit to balance between a busy day full of work, meetings, events, and family time. Being a mom doesn't mean I have to compromise looking chic. It's all about finding the pieces that fit your lifestyle.
