Our designer will guide you through every step during the process, starting by drawing sketches for you and the whole atelier team to ensure the same understanding of the piece as we construct and work on it.

Your dream piece will be made from the fabric of your choice. In our Marimo Boutique, we have fabric catalogues from England and Italy that provide us with the best quality fabrics. This way ensures the right choice as you can see the actual colour and feel the fabric. The designer will recommend a fabric that will work the best for the garment considering its details but in the end, the final decision will always be yours.

Please note, all our garments are made-to-order. Standard size order will be shipped in seven working days. Made-to-measure garments will take 4-6 weeks to create after we have received and confirmed your measurements. If you need your garment sooner, please email us info@marimofashion.com and we will do our best to make it happen.

RETURNS
Standard-size orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Standard size returns or exhanges are to be paid by the customer. Made-to-measure garments are non-returnable and non-refundable. Should there be any alternations needed after you've received your piece, please let us know within 14 days and we will organise the return. Our goal is to ensure the perfect fit. UPS return labels are included in the package for your convenience.
