THE LAUNCHING OF MARIMO'S FIRST-EVER LOUNGEWEAR COLLECTION!
Before the whole world was turned upside down, loungewear was an overlooked section of most women’s closets. Unsurprisingly, though, it has become an area of interest in recent months and has led many of us, elegant women, to realize that wearing only sweats and knitwear simply won’t do. I’m a problem solver and I wanted to create something that would help you feel cozy and comfortable, yet still polished and put together.
I was inspired by the whole situation we all are living in at the moment and actually, the idea of a loungewear collection popped into my mind after talking about the perfect dressing gown with one of my dear clients. In today’s world we need something we could wear from early morning into the evening during our zoom meetings and sitting on the couch while working from home, so it was the right time to make this idea come to life.
I’m so excited to share my first-ever loungewear collection!
This deep purple color was chosen to give those garments the variety to wear them at home but also outside. Marimo’s first loungewear pieces, blouse Phymosia, pants Primula and dress Parochetus, are comfortable but still looking elegant and luxurious. The color purple is associated with royalty, nobility, luxury, power, and ambition. It has a variety of effects on the mind and body, including uplifting spirits, calming the mind and nerves, enhancing the sacred, creating feelings of spirituality, increasing nurturing tendencies and sensitivity, and encouraging imagination and creativity. What could be a better color for the times we are living in right now?
STYLING TIPS FOR THESE GLAMOROUS LOUNGEWEAR ITEMS
I wanted to share some styling tips with you to show just how variable this new loungewear collection can be. Our Phymosia blouse is truly the highlight of this collection. Together with those Primula pants they make a perfect glamorous combination. And what makes this set so special is, that it's the perfect comfortable outfit to wear at home with slippers.
Switch those comfy slippers to glittery heels and that soft silk belt with the Swarovski one and you'll get this divine outfit that makes you stand out on different occasions.

Our Phymosia blouse is probably the item that you'll want to wear all day every day this upcoming summer. It goes with literally everything, so it's a perfect Capsule Wardrobe item! Here I have created two different looks, firstly using our iconic pencil skirt Lagetta in dark gray color, Linaria coat in black and switched the soft silk belt for our stunning black Crystal belt.

For the second look I chose these matching Linaria coat and Liparis pants. Once again I switched the belt for the black Crystal belt.
