We hope and aim for you to be pleased with your MARIMO investment. However, if you would like to return your order for any reason, we accept returns ordered from www.marimofashion.com within 14 days from the day that you received the goods from us.
Please note that made-to-measure, custom-made, sale items (Treasure Box section) and gift cards are non-refundable and can't be returned or exchanged.
In order to carry out a return, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com together with your receipt or proof of purchase. Will send you further returns instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can’t be changed or refunded. Any item smelling of perfume, marked with makeup, showing signs of wear, or with traces of animal hair are not valid for return and no refund will be issued.
Customers returning products will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest that you ask for proof of postage when returning the goods and that you are using a trackable shipping service. Marimo Fashion will not be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be issued to your bank equal to the price of the returned item(s), included sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable). Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (timing will vary based on your financial institution).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
