Job description
 

This is a full-time role for a (mostly) B2C Sales Manager, who plays a key role in the development of the company on an international scale. Your main goal is to successfully find new clients and strengthen the relationship with existing ones, both local and international; find ways to grow sales and expand the scope through suitable international agencies and other partners; develop, implement, and manage a solid sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities. You will be working closely with the CEO & designer, Marketing & Brand Manager, as well as our atelier team. You will be in charge of all sales operations to ensure continuous growth, organize regular VIP events, assist in photoshoots, client and team events, and contribute to the management of social media accounts. You'll have the opportunity to work with industry professionals and contribute to various aspects of our business. 

 

We are looking for someone who: 

  • has experience in B2C sales and business development, including finding and pursuing leads, managing accounts, and negotiating deals; 
  • is interested in the fashion field and has a sales and PR-based degree or solid background in a similar field; 
  • has exceptional communication (in English in Estonian) and problem-solving skills 
  • is a great people person and a team player, but also able to individually work and close deals and projects; 
  • is proficient in different programs, such as Canva, Microsoft Office and sales CRM platforms; 
  • is honest, punctual and conscientious; 
  • is proactive and has a positive mindset;

Job description 
 
You’ll work closely with the CEO/designer as well as with other team members like the brand and marketing manager and atelier team. 

You will be in charge of daily operations to ensure smooth workflow in the office and atelier; like assisting tailors in fulfilling orders at the atelier, sourcing fabric and haberdashery to ensure a steady supply of materials for production. Take charge of office supplies and maintain an organized workspace. Contribute to the management of social media accounts as well as managing online and offline boutique. Quality check, pack and dispatch orders with precision and attention to detail. Assist in organizing photoshoots, client and team events.

  • proficiency in computer skills, including Adobe and Canva, as well as various apps, is essential. A bonus skill would be the ability to create visually compelling content. 
  • is proactive and with a positive mindset; 
  • has good communication skills and is not afraid to communicate in Estonian as well as in English. 
  • is able to see things in need of improvement and can find quick and effective solutions to challenges; 
  • the ability to remain composed and efficient in high-stress situations is crucial for success in this role.
